1 Introduction & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 77abb platform and its users ("you" or "member"). These terms apply to the 77abb website, mobile version, and all related services.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" refers to 77abb's website, applications, and all digital services.
• "Member" refers to any registered user who holds an active account.
• "Account Balance" refers to the actual cash amount in a member's account, separate from the bonus balance.

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

These terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. 77abb reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after amended terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the new terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at 77abb, the following eligibility conditions must be met. 77abb reserves the right to cancel an account if these conditions are not fulfilled.

2.1 Age Requirement

For persons aged 21 and above only. By registering an account, you declare that you are at least 21 years old. 77abb may request a government-issued ID for age verification at any time. Providing a false age will result in the account and all balances being forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• The contact email and phone number must remain active.
• The name registered on the account must match the name on the payment method.
• If any information needs to be changed, please contact the support team directly.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Residents of certain countries or regions are not permitted to use 77abb's services. Any attempt to open an account from a restricted region will be automatically rejected. The list of restricted regions can be obtained from the support team.

3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your 77abb account secure. We use SSL encryption to protect your information, but some precautions are also required on your part.

• Do not share your password with anyone — not even 77abb staff.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect an unauthorised login, notify the support team immediately.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• You are responsible for any activity carried out from your account.

77abb will not be liable for any loss caused by third-party access, unless it can be proven that the loss was due to a security flaw on 77abb's own part.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

77abb supports Bangladeshi payment methods only. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Deposits must be sent from your own account or mobile number.
• Payments made in a third party's name will not be accepted and may be forfeited.
• Use the correct reference number when depositing, otherwise the credit may be delayed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account from which the deposit was made.
• Standard processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests may be held for review in cases of suspicious activity.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Deposit & Withdrawal Cancellation

An approved withdrawal request may not be cancellable. If you wish to cancel before processing has begun, contact the support team promptly.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

77abb offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are stated on the relevant offer page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, totalling ৳2,500; depositing ৳12,000 gives a ৳8,000 bonus, totalling ৳20,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per member.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for gameplay.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 77abb reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

77abb provides casino games, slots, sports betting, and other gaming services. Each game or betting category has its own rules.

6.1 Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, 77abb reserves the right to correct it.
• Any bet placed by exploiting a software error will be considered void.

6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

• Betting markets are displayed for general illustrative purposes.
• For postponed or cancelled events, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In live betting, results may differ due to network delays — server time is final.

6.3 Slots & Casino Games

All slots and casino games are operated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. Game outcomes are entirely random and previous results do not affect future results.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77abb platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and balances may be forfeited.

• Operating an account on behalf of or for the use of minors.
• Running multiple accounts with the intent to manipulate the bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or non-human software.
• Gaining fraudulent advantage through game reservation or betting systems.
• Fraudulent collusion against other members.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform's software.
• Providing false or altered personal information.
• Disrespectful or threatening behaviour toward other users.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Member Protection Measures

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• A self-exclusion request to temporarily close an account for a specified period can be made if needed.

10 Service Suspension & Account Closure

• Suspicion of money laundering or the need for an investigation.
• Direction from a regulatory authority or order from a court.

10.1 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the balance may be forfeited. If the member is found innocent after the investigation is completed, the rightful balance will be returned. In the case of a voluntary account closure request, there will be an opportunity to withdraw the legitimate original balance.

11 Limitation of Liability

77abb will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets or opportunities lost due to internet connection disruptions.
• Loss caused by issues with the member's own device or software.
• Unforeseen technical failures or force majeure situations.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Loss resulting from the member's password or login credentials falling into someone else's hands.

77abb's maximum liability at any time is limited to the amount of the original balance in that member's account. 77abb is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

12 Changes & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Changes to Terms and Conditions

77abb reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified by email or on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your agreement to the new Terms and Conditions.

12.2 Complaints & Disputes

If any complaint or dispute arises, please contact our support team first. 77abb endeavors to investigate and resolve all complaints fairly and impartially.
